Visit Wallet

Built by Maria Brandt, a former midwife and health insurance agent who now works in senior companion care.

Too many people walk into appointments with a grocery bag of papers — or nothing at all. Visit Wallet is the one page you can hand the doctor: who you are, what you take, and what is still unconfirmed.

How this works

  1. Set up once: say who you are (patient, legal authority, or helper).
  2. Keep the Master Record current — meds, problems, and what’s still unconfirmed.
  3. After appointments, tap Add Visit so nothing important gets lost.
  4. At the clinic, open Show Doctor Packet and hand them that one page.
  5. Before a trip or a new phone, tap Save a copy.

This is not medical advice and not a medical record. You own what you type. You decide what to show. We do not store your record. It only leaves this device when you send it out yourself: Save a copy, Share, or print.
